innovation as a competetive advantage

Innovation Projects

shaping innovation. leading the future.

Driving innovation through leadership.

Don't delay - act now!

The economic development is a serious cause for concern throughout Europe and over all in Germany. We actively support companies and governmental organizations in developing and implementing sustainable innovation strategies - especially radical and disruptive innovations. Through close cooperation with leading economic actors, we bring the latest scientific findings directly into practice.

Europe is increasingly lagging behind leading major industries such as USA, China, Japan and South Korea in terms of economic dynamism, research and, above all, radical and disruptive innovation (R&I). Regarding various indices and rankings for measuring innovative capacity, Europe as a whole now presents a very mixed picture, which suggests a predictable downward trend. It is lagging behind the innovation dynamics of competing nations and large-scale industries. Germany in particular is increasingly losing out on innovation here.

This is largely because, although German companies still achieve top results in traditional and incremental innovations, the German economy has fallen seriously behind in terms of radical and disruptive innovations. However, radical and disruptive innovations are significant competitive factors that can have a massive long-term impact. In the context of global developments in terms of classic and incremental innovation performance, it is to be expected that these are not and will not remain sustainable in the long term.

Break up conservative structures - stay long-term competetive!

Thus, organizations and companies do need real – that is, radical and disruptive – innovation to remain competitive and future-oriented. In a global comparison, this is also evident in the top 100 companies by market capitalization and revenue: European companies and organizations are clearly underrepresented here. This reflects structural deficits that show the transition from incremental to radical and disruptive innovation.

European companies often persist in conservative cultures, act very risk-averse and rely primarily on incremental optimization. However, only actual and qualitative innovation can withstand global competition in the long-term, achieve new markets and exponential as well as sustainable growth. So, take your chance and shape your organization’s future by focussing on radical and disruptive innovations.

Your partner for real innovation

Focus on radical and disruptive innovations

We focus on implementing radical and disruptive innovations in organizations and companies that create long-term value to ensure competitiveness.

Real-world transfer

We understand innovation in the Schumpeterian sense as creative destruction towards something new and the realization of it (transfer of creative ideas into the real-world).

Leading research and transfer experience

We combine leading scientific research and transfer experience for individual solutions and their realization! We don't focus on theory, but on real-world outcome.

Holistic and sustainable approach

We ensure innovation quality through holistic, sustainable, value-creating innovation concepts.

A good idea needs to become reality!

In economics, innovation is often seen as a kind of panacea and is not infrequently used as a blanket term to describe all forms of change or improvement, without differentiating more precisely between what is actually involved and what sustainable added value has actually been gained. This overloading can lead to the concept of innovation losing clarity and expressiveness in terms of content, and thus real (radical, disruptive) and transformative innovations are not the focus.

We understand innovation only as innovation when a good idea has become a value-adding reality. Furthermore, the long-term added value in the qualitative sense of an innovation must be at the center (value creation for a society). We promote innovation research and transfer for radical and disruptive innovations that includes, among other things, the following:

  • Products and services
  • Production methods and processes
  • Sales markets and procurement markets
  • Organizational structures
  • Financing instruments and market participants
  • Procedures and technological processes
  • Mobility and communication of people, goods and institutions
  • Logistics of goods and institutions
  • Networks on the market and between institutions

'If you look at history, innovation comes not only from incentivizing people, but also from creating environments where their ideas can connect.'

Innovations strategies

Tailored solutions

We develop and adapt methodological strategies for radical and disruptive innovation tailored to the individual situation of an organization and with the organization.

Customized approach

There is no standard template here, because innovation is as individual as the organization itself, the company, their competencies and the people in it.

Use of professional tools and methodologies

However, we have developed professional tools and scientific methodologies that provide approaches to individual idea development and realization, as well as implementation.

Long-term experience

Our experts have already supervised over 5,000 innovation projects and, thanks to our close connection to SIBE, we can draw on a broad and extensive knowledge of innovation.
