We are an institution initiated by the European Academy of Sciences and Arts to promote science and the transfer of knowledge in the field of innovation and leadership. The European Academy brings together over 2,000 high-profile scientists and 38 Nobel Prize winners. As a subsidiary of the European Academy  we promote Alma Mater Europaea University’s doctoral program Project Management: Leadership and Innovation and contribute to a high-profile network.

We are a competent partner for companies for all types of radical and disruptive innovation projects and innovation research. In doing so, we combine our excellent network and use multidimensional synergies.

Our team also has more than 5,000 innovation projects of bundled professional experience. Through our close ties to the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), we also have access to a wide range of expertise in transfer and practical issues.

Our philosophy

Societal challenges are currently steadily increasing and becoming more and more complex – also at the European level. This concerns questions of more sustainability, but also of meaningful innovation (e.g. in the field of AI) or generally entrepreneurial structures. It is our specific concern to contribute to finding solutions to these challenges through practical research and disruptive-innovative projects.

We want to promote targeted research and transfer on innovation and leadership in order to actively face the future. To this end, we combine high-quality research with specific transfer issues. Due to our experience and our network, we are a competent partner for companies looking for support or specific innovative project questions.
